Betel Leaf Wrapped Beef – Bò Lá Lốt – 1 of 7 Courses of Beef
It’s one of my favorite course from our famous 7 Course Beef Meals. Betel Leaves are similar to grape leaves but it has distinctive flavor when grilled. It is so good wrapped in rice paper, rice noodles, pickled daikon and carrots, various mints and herb and dipped in a pungent thick fermented fish sauce. We’ll talk about the sauce later.
